OWG 2026 Registration and Welcome Letter

Dear Athletes, Coaches, and Parents,

Congratulations on qualifying for the 2026 Ontario Winter Games. The Games are a multi-sport event that consistently showcases the very best of Ontario athletes and sport organizations. It is always a proud moment for OAWA to be included, and we look forward to participating in this event every two years. We are pleased to share more information regarding the 2026 Ontario Winter Games, taking place in Orillia, Ontario. Wrestling competition will be held on February 26-27-28, 2026.

The participation fee for the Games is $260, which includes:

  • Team uniform kit (sweatshirt and pants)

  • Hotel accommodations (Feb 26 & 27th)

  • All meals during the Games

  • Transportation during the Games

  • Opening Ceremonies

  • Entry into two events: Ontario Duals and the Ontario Cadet Championships

To confirm your participation, please complete the registration form by December 14:

Once the form is submitted, the $260 fee must be paid by December 28. Payment must be sent by e-transfer to: admin@oawa.ca

In the e-transfer comment section, please include:

  • Athlete’s full name

  • “OWG Payment”

  • Athlete’s area (e.g., SWO)

This information helps us tremendously when verifying that payments have been received.

Please note that refunds are only available if we are able to fill your position with another qualified athlete.
