menuRun a Wrestling Canada Try-it Day!
To all Coaches & Clubs, you are invited to work with the OAWA in partnership with Wrestling Canada Lutte and Sport Canada to promote Amateur Wrestling and your club locally by hosting a Wrestling Canada Try-it Day!
These days are meant to be outreach into your community to promote wrestling locally. This could be done at schools, local festivals or fairs, shopping malls or wherever you can think of to promote the sport in your community. This is a Youth-focussed program.
Each Club can qualify for a grant of up to $1,500.00 to host your Try-it day.
Clubs can bid to host a maximum of two try-it days on the initial offering. Submit your bid by July 15, 2024.
