OAWA Membership

Welcome to the OAWA on-line Registration System

The Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association uses an online membership registration process where members can join or renew membership with the OAWA over the internet.

Important Changes for 2021

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the OAWA is taking special steps to support Ontario Wrestling through heavily discounting OAWA Registration Fees as follows:

  • All 2020 Registered Coaches may renew their Membership in OAWA AT NO COST*.
  • All 2020 Registered Officials may renew their Membership in OAWA AT NO COST*.
  • Athlete Registration Fees have been reduced to $25.00 for all age groups.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • NEW Coaches or Officials pay $25.00 for 2021.
  • * Coaches and Officials renewing MUST still complete the on-line registration form and waiver to ensure continued coverage, benefits, and qualifications (Safe Sport, etc.).
  • Clubs and Coaches are reminded that in order to participate in any club run training initiatives, including on-line training, return to training under restrictions once lockdowns are reduced or removed and eventual full return to training and competition, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH OAWA.  Failure to do so will result in loss of insurance coverage through OAWA, and may result in the Club/Individuals violating local/provincial COVID regulations.

For 2021, the OAWA will utilize a Google-Forms set of Registration forms.  This are available as follows (click the form that is appropriate to you and complete the form on-line):

Athlete's 2021 OAWA Membership Registration Form

Coach's 2021 OAWA Membership Registration Form

Official's 2021 OAWA Membership Registration Form

IMPORTANT NOTE:  There are important changes to all members relating both to Safe Sport Training for Coaches and Officials, and as required by the 2019 Adoption of Rowan’s Law Concussion guidance for Athletes, Parents, Coaches, and Officials.  Please review the information contained in this Membership Information and by clicking the links on the Membership Forms.  For more information on Rowan’s Law, please visit:
