Pre-Nationals Girls Camp

Please e-transfer admin@oawa.ca & indicate the name of the athlete. Use ‘wrestling’ as password.

Location: Brock University Dance Studio - 2nd floor in the Walker Complex.

Please note: all participants must be double vaccinated to enter Brock University and must wear a mask when not wrestling.

Schedule:
Session 1: 10 - 11:30, Warm up and Matches.

Lunch Break: 11:30 - 12:30, Athletes are to provide their own lunch.

Session 2: 12:30 - 2, Technique session lead by World Bronze medallist - Diana Weicker.

Pick up: 2 - 2:30
